Who this is for
The Service is intended for business and professional use. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access and for activity under your account.
Digital delivery
The Service is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase through account access and software functionality (website generation/management, editing tools, and hosting features where available). No physical goods are shipped.
What you can do with the Service
- Generate a website preview using your inputs
- Edit content and structure of your website
- Publish and host your website (where available)
- Connect a custom domain (where available)
Features are provided as software functionality and not as professional, custom, or done‑for‑you services.
Nature of the Service (Self‑Service Software)
The Service is a self‑service software platform that enables users to generate, edit, and publish websites using automated tools.
Site Solved does not provide manual website design, development, customization, or done‑for‑you services. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing all generated content before making it public.
How the Service works
- You submit information about your business
- The Service generates a website draft automatically
- You review and edit the draft
- You publish when you are ready
- Hosting is provided while your subscription is active (where available)
AI‑generated content
The Service may generate text, layout choices, and other content automatically using artificial intelligence. Generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for your business.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing, including verifying accuracy and ensuring it meets legal and professional requirements for your industry.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization
Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you publish or make available using the Service (including text, images, claims, and contact information), and for ensuring it is legal, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws and industry requirements.
We do not review, approve, or verify your content before it is published. You agree to indemnify and hold Site Solved harmless from claims arising from your content, your website, or your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis (for example: monthly or annually), unless you cancel.
Taxes (including VAT/GST) may be added where required. Your payment provider may also apply currency conversion depending on your bank.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll try to make it right. Refunds are handled case‑by‑case and, except where required by law, are not guaranteed.

In summary: if you request a refund within 28 days of your first payment, we will refund the first charge in full. Subscription renewals are generally non‑refundable, so cancel before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
Billing errors: if you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will investigate. To request a refund, email contactsitesolved@gmail.com with the email used for checkout and the reason for the request.
No business or performance guarantees
We do not guarantee business results, customer leads, revenue, search rankings, SEO outcomes, conversion rates, or any specific performance results from using the Service.
Website content and media
You own the content you provide (text, logos, images) and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Site Solved and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.
Export and data access
You may be able to export your website content where such functionality is available. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and copies of your content.
Hosting and availability
Hosting may be provided as part of the software platform (where available). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime levels, or error‑free operation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we may change or discontinue features over time.
We do not guarantee that backups will be available or that any data will be recoverable. You are responsible for maintaining copies of your content and any important business information.
Domains and third‑party services
Domain registration, DNS configuration, and third‑party providers (such as registrars, email providers, analytics, and payment processors) are outside our control. We are not responsible for domain expiration, registrar actions, DNS misconfiguration, or outages caused by third parties.
Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, attempted to abuse or disrupt the Service, or created risk to other users, the public, or Site Solved.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity, repeated payment failures, or payment disputes (including chargebacks), to the extent permitted by law.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact support first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may result in account suspension while we investigate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your principal place of business, excluding conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Solved will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
